Distribution Process:
A curated 3×3 grid featuring 9 individual profiles — each including a photo, a brief description, and a link to a full profile — will be distributed via a direct email campaign. Terms of Service: Afflu-Hiring Distribution
1. Weekly Distribution Schedule
Afflu-Hiring distributions are scheduled to occur once per week. Each campaign includes a curated set of 9 individual profiles.
2. Submission Window and Placement Timing
All profile submissions completed between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59 (UTC) are reviewed and considered for inclusion in the following week’s distribution.
If all 9 available slots are filled, your profile will be scheduled accordingly.
If the upcoming distribution week is already fully booked at the time of your submission, your placement will be automatically moved to the next available week, and you will be notified of the confirmed date.
If fewer than 9 qualified submissions are available for the upcoming distribution, the campaign may be postponed until a complete grid is ready. All affected clients will be informed in advance.
3. Profile Visibility Duration
In addition to email distribution, each submitted profile will be published on the Afflu-Hiring Profiles Page for the same duration as the paid placement period:
1-week placement → visible for 7 days
2-week placement → visible for 14 days
4-week placement → visible for 28 days
The Profiles Page is accessible only to a vetted and private group of recipients within our UHNWI network.
4. Editorial and Review Rights
All submitted materials are subject to editorial review to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with the standards of the Afflu-Hiring platform. Minor edits may be proposed, and you will be notified of any required adjustments prior to distribution.
