The consultation fee is non-refundable.
By purchasing this service, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the purchased product is a paid online consultation session, which constitutes the sole primary paid service under this transaction. The consultation fee is charged for the consultant’s time, scheduling, preparation, availability, and delivery of the session, and the consultation shall be deemed fully performed once the session takes place or is made available to the customer at the agreed date and time. By completing the purchase and requesting that the consultation be provided within the applicable withdrawal period, the customer gives prior express consent for the service to begin and acknowledges that, once the consultation has been fully performed, any right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply is lost. The customer further acknowledges and agrees that any complimentary bonus, free distribution, follow-up benefit, courtesy feature, or other additional item offered in connection with the consultation is provided solely as a supplemental benefit, is not included in the purchase price, has no standalone monetary value, and cannot serve as grounds for any refund, partial refund, chargeback, payment reversal, or cancellation. Where any such bonus or supplemental benefit requires the customer to submit names, selections, materials, or other information in accordance with stated instructions, the customer’s failure to do so, including the submission of incorrect, ineligible, or non-compliant information, shall not affect the completed status of the paid consultation and shall not constitute non-delivery, defect, or misrepresentation of the purchased service. Dissatisfaction, subjective expectations, misunderstanding of the service, failure to read the service description or terms, or failure to use any bonus or supplemental benefit shall not entitle the customer to a refund, chargeback, or cancellation where the consultation has been provided as described. By completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the service description, these terms, and the refund policy.
