By sending your letter to Santa through this page, you (and, if you are a child, your parents or guardians) agree to the following simple, magical rules:
Privacy of your secret details
Your email, phone number and full address are shared only with Santa and his elves if a Santa chooses to fulfill your wish. These details will not be shown publicly.
On Santa’s public page we may show only: your first name, country/city (optional), gender, age, your letter, and the gift you wished for.
Public Santa’s Magical Letters Page
The Public Santa’s Magical Letters Page is a special page on the UHNWI Data website where selected letters are displayed so Santas (and the world) can see real wishes.
Letters containing rude, harmful, hateful, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate content will not be published—Santa’s sleigh runs only on kindness.
One heart, one letter
Please think of others. Do not send more than one letter.
Sending too many letters may move your name closer to Santa’s Naughty List (even if this is a playful story, we respect fairness).
Deadline for wishes
You can send your letter to Santa until December 15, 2025 (23:59, your local time).
After this date, new letters will not be processed—Christmas is a beautiful but very busy time at the North Pole.
Who will see your wish
A special “incantation” (invitation) to become a 2025 Santa and fulfill someone’s wish, together with a link to the Public Santa’s Magical Letters Page, will be sent to approximately 10,000 of the wealthiest people in the world.
The idea is simple: give them a chance to do something good… quietly, freely, and without obligation.
Wish list boundaries
To help real Santas avoid confusion, we use a pre-built wish list with gifts that are generally realistic, legal, and globally available in terms of purchase and shipping.
If your wish falls far outside these bounds (dangerous, illegal, extremely extravagant, etc.), it may not be forwarded or displayed.
No guarantee of miracles (but they do happen)
Sending a letter does not guarantee that your wish will be granted.
This is a social experiment and a Christmas game about generosity, not a promise of delivery.
If you believe in miracles, share this page with others: the more voices Santa hears, the harder they are to ignore.
Write from your best self
Write a kind, honest, thoughtful letter to Santa and explain why you feel you deserve this gift in 2025.
Santa, his elves, or even Mrs. Claus herself have big hearts. If your letter is sincere and stands out, someone may choose your wish to fulfill.
The Spirit of the Challenge
Even though this is a playful, tongue-in-cheek Christmas challenge, it has a serious question inside:
Does true, spontaneous generosity still exist among the most fortunate people in the world? Can they fulfill a stranger’s wish without expecting anything in return?
By taking part, you help us gently test this—without pressure, contracts, or guarantees, only free will and kindness.
What UHNWI Data actually does (important)
UHNWI Data acts only as:
an aggregator of incoming letters,
a publisher of selected letters on the Public Santa’s Magical Letters Page,
and a messenger, forwarding wishes to potential Santas.
We are not:
a gift warehouse,
a logistics or shipping service,
a guarantor of any promised gifts,
or responsible for whether any Santa chooses to fulfill a wish or how they do it.
All fulfillment actions are voluntary decisions of individual “Santas,” not obligations of UHNWI Data.
