Jim Davis cofounded Allegis Group, the largest staffing firm in the U.S. Davis launched Allegis (then called Aerotek) in 1983 with his cousin Steve Bisciotti, who is also a billionaire. As of 2018, it had US$13.4 billion in revenue, and 19,000 employees.[1][2] It ranks fourth in the world after Adecco, Randstad and ManpowerGroup. History Founded as Aerotek in 1983 by Jim C.
